   HYPERBOND aluminum composite panel is coated with Polyvinylidene Fluoride Resin from  

   Sweden Becker, which characterizes no chromatism, flatness, acid & alkali resistance and

   chemical salt spray resistance for 20 years usage.

   The three layers of HYPERBOND are compounded together by high performance 

   macromolecule lamination film under a specific temperature condition, which will achieve the

   best level for one of the panels important features---- high peeling strength

-   Lightweight and Rigidity

    HYPERBOND ACP is extremely durable and lightweight, compared with other materials 

    such as aluminum sheet, stainless sheet, acrylic sheet, enamel etc.

-  Color Uniformity and Durability

   PVDF pre-coated surface, not sprayed, allows HYPERBOND to retain excellent color

   consistency and to diversify colors by eliminating the color inequality and surface

   unevenness. With the stability of PVDF paints through high temperature, heat treatment and

   the chemical characteristic of fluorine, HYPERBOND has excellent durability to withstand

   any kind of chemical action such as foul weather, infrared rays, ultraviolet rays, etc.

-  Excellent Insulation of Thermal Conductivity

   By low thermal conductivity and sandwiched composition structure, HYPERBOND has an

   excellent effect on retardant heat flow. Therefore, HYPERBOND is an effective finish material

   for heating, air-conditioning and even preventing dewdrop.
